BOOKING OPTIONS

There is no wrong door in building your dream team
We suggest you start off with the ‘book as you go’ option and move towards a rostered schedule as you have found your team members

MANAGING BOOKINGS
We believe every connection is different and allow you to set parameters for your bookings (click open to see how)
Once your session has commenced, you can extent your session time if your team member agrees. Your Chakra Care Legend then documents the actual start and finish time in the GoodHuman App case notes. We will take care of the rest.
We charge $1/km travelled during the shift and we reimburse your Chakra Care Legend $1/km for travel in his or her vehicle.
Unless expenses (parking, entrance, food and drinks) are covered under your plan, you will be paying you and your Chakra Care Legend’s expenses during shift. If you have a companion card, your Chakra Care Legend can accompany you to most places free of charge.
REPORTING & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Your support worker logs an incident report directly in the GoodHuman App. If you require assistance contact us by phone or the direct messaging channel.
Chakra Care will provide end of plan reports on achievement toward your NDIS Goals as per the NDIA, your support coordinator, or plan manager’s request. This will include the supports delivered as observed by your team leader and your primary support worker.
